1. About us

All Shines provides window cleaning and exterior cleaning services (including gutter, render, pressure, solar panel, conservatory and roof cleaning) across North Devon and the surrounding areas. You can contact us at [email protected] or on 0771 1079 577.

2. Quotes and bookings

• Quotes provided through our website or by other means are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may change once we have assessed your property.
• A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed a date and the scope of work with you.
• It is your responsibility to make sure the information you provide (such as your address, property details and contact details) is accurate.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are agreed before work begins and are payable on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking, including Direct Debit (set up securely via GoCardless). Please pay promptly on completion of the work.
• We may charge for additional work that was not included in the original quote, but only after agreeing it with you first.

4. Access and your responsibilities

• Please ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned on the agreed date.
• Please remove or secure any fragile or valuable items near the working area, and let us know about any hazards in advance.
• If we are unable to access the property on the agreed date through no fault of our own, we may need to reschedule and may apply a reasonable charge.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We ask for reasonable notice so that we can offer the slot to another customer. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Our service and satisfaction

We take pride in our work and aim to provide a high-quality service. If you are not happy with any part of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the service so that we can put it right.

7. Liability

We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects or wear and tear (such as faulty seals, loose fittings, cracked glass or damaged guttering) that may become apparent during cleaning. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Use of our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or spam information through our forms. The content on our website is owned by or licensed to All Shines and may not be copied without our permission.

9. Privacy

Any personal data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
